Personalized, individual training sessions for pastors and ministry leaders. During five weeks, you will go through nine customized lessons, where Jeff will mentor you through the Recast approach.
One on Ones
Training for groups of leaders from the same church, such as youth volunteers, ministry teams, or staff, who want to learn and grow together. These sessions guide you through the Recast program while creating space for shared discussion, collaboration, and team alignment.
Small Groups
Our consultation services help churches navigate the process of searching for and hiring a youth pastor.
