By getting to know you, your church, and the ministry you do, Recast Ministry, will redesign and build your ministry through 9 individualized training sessions to recast your ministry into one that is more effective for the Kingdom.

From one-on-one coaching to helping churches find, train, and support youth pastors, we offer a wide range of relational ministry training and resources. Each experience is shaped to build confidence, clarity, and meaningful ministry rooted in genuine relationships.
